Dear Noma Obaseki, I hope you r not a staff of the bank bcos of i really dont know y u are so defensive. spoken or written english is not a criterion for keeping your money safe in a bank. I dont think TITI has said anything too big for her mouth. she had a complaint, she made it known. shikkenna! madam cambrigbe/ queens english speaker, kindly mind your business. if u r fortunate to be a satisfied customer, profess it without attacking someone else. As for me, i got the worst treatment ever in their Iju branch today. I was there for over 2 hours to withdraw and eventually couldn't bcos they claimed they did an automatic upgrade on my account. this is happening for the 3rd time this year. my question is, dont other banks upgrade? howcome its only skye bank that tells you to bring your utility bill and valid ID each time you want to withdraw bcos of the upgrade you were not even informed of? i need answers!

Dear TITILOPE ISLAMIAT ALIU, if your spoken English is any thing like your writing, it is a miracle that it takes only 30 minutes for a transaction. In my experience, I have had no issues in my banking relationship with Skye and find the staff very professional and efficient.
